Loong Dan Estuary Grouper

Long Dan (龍膽石斑 Estuary Grouper) at Restoran WKS, Kepong.

Pricey but very nice. Plain soup with natural sweetness from the fish. The skin is awesome...mildly chewy with great texture to it. A few pieces only though
