Roast Duck - Restoran Sunrise

Roast Duck at Restoran Sunrise, Sea Park.







The soup was quite special, very sour and rather tantalizing.


It was good but not as good as I remembered it. I'll try Loong Foong and those in Pudu soon :)

Roast duck (thigh), vege, rice and Chinese tea - RM16.30 altogether.

11:30 am onwards until "sold out". Closed on Monday.

Beef Noodle, Restoran Argyle

This beef noodle stall is in Restoran Argyle (kopitiam) at Jalan Ipoh/ Jalan Bernam intersection, close to Kepong roundabout.



 




I prefer the chili sauce from this beef noodle stall.

Jin Chwan, Bei Hai Restaurant

Seafood dinner at Jin Chwan/ Bei Hai restaurant in Selayang again.

Steamed crab in egg white. I like my crab either baked or steamed so i can enjoy the original flavor.


Steamed red grouper (七星斑）. The price for a live fish before cooking was RM158 but we had it for 50% off since it wasn't "swimming" anymore:D


Sheung Tong La La (La La clam in superior broth). Lots of ginger slices in it. Yummy.


Hong Kong Kai Lan. No meal is complete without vegetable :)


Preparation/cooking fee plus one beer, and some  non seafood items from Bei Hai came to RM80.50.  Seafood from Jin Chwan was about RM80 as well, so altogether it's around RM160.

Soy Sauce Chicken (豉油鸡) - PJ Old Town

Yummy and flavorful soy sauce chicken from Kie Kee, stall #41 in the PJ Old Town food court.







I ordered wild boar curry too. Three slices.


Soy sauce chicken plus rice and wild boar curry, RM 6.50

The stall is located in the food court in PJ Old Town. Stall #41. Opens for lunch only i think.


The cendol I ordered from Peggy's stall (Gerai Minum Weng Kee, Stall #46) wasn't good at all though. Who in the world would serve cendol in a cup like this? The taste wasn't good either :(

Kelantan Food - Tuu Dok Ko 1488

Restoran Tuu Dok Ko serves nice Kelantanese food. It's located in Taman Samudera, very close to Giant Hypermarket in Batu Caves.

However, if you can't wait for more than ten minutes, then this place is not for you. Their service is quite bad. Super slow.

Nasi dagang with kari ikan (fish curry), and chili stuffed with fish paste and grated coconut (solok lada)
