I went there wanting to the the curry noodle but the shop was closed. I walked around and found this fish head noodle shop. Why not.

I forgot to ask what fish was used, but I think it was haruan.
The reddish color was, of course, from the beetroot. The yam really added nice flavor to the soup. A little bit too much MSG though. The fish fillets also weren't the freshest
