You will see this coffee shop from Jalan Juru.
The stall selling mixed rice and fish head curry is just right next to Long Choo Restoran. You won't see any Fish Head curry sign from the outside. That's because the sign is inside :D
I ordered one. The size is perfect for one Kurt.
Not sure what fish. Red snapper? The flesh was nice and tender. The curry slightly spicy and sour. Not much coconut milk in it from what I could tell.

I didn't eat the two pieces of chilies :D
It wasn't cheap though. RM24. Quite pricey right? Especially considering it's a small town in Juru! It's quite good though so I might go back. But I still prefer the one at Sri Siam, Chai Leng Park.
