Tong Pak Fu
Tracka (竹脚)durian snow ice....yum. This was what grabbed me and got me into the restaurant :D. The snow ice was really fine and it hardly melts even till the end. Tracka is one of my favorite type of durian and you could tell that they put a generous amount into making the snow ice so it was all good. The grass jelly and the colorful jelly were no good though. Very tough and chewy.
