Some of my favorite places are all within a stone's throw from one another so I just park at one spot and walk! You can find the other three spots - Pak Kong chicken rice, Ayam Garam Aun Kheng Lim and Funny Mountain all in one map here.
Lok Wee Koi coffee shop is also only a few steps from Aun Kheng Lim, opposite Kamdar.
I have tried the rojak in this coffee shop and it was okay but I still prefer the ones in Gurney Drive, Penang best!
Ipoh chicken hor fun / kai si hor fun. The hor fun was really smooth and the broth nice and sweet and strong prawn flavor!

It says "乐会居" on this dark dark signage:D. It's a corner unit facing Kamdar and i think there is a bigger banner on the side side. However, it was raining and I couldn't go outside to take that pic to show you so maybe next time!

Edit: separate visit
Hor Hee. Nothing special. Just hor fun with fish cakes, fish ball. Yawn. I much prefer chicken hor fun!
